Cartridge Workd was closed 2 hours past opening and my order was over two weeks late.

I bought there cartridges 4 times total. 3 times I was happy and everything worked. Last time I bought in October and they were taped up and sitting on my shelve. I tried replacing cartridges with them 3 days ago, but non of them worked. Tried cleaning pront head, nothing. Black ink was showing low. When I went to Cartrige World and explained the problem. Asked if it may have dried while was on the shelve? The rep not only was not willing to replace them, but I had to justify myself trying to prove that I just tried replacing them 3 days ago and black ink was already showing low. After 20 minutes arguing, he finally returned the money and said he will not be selling me in the future. I understand that things happen and whoever filled the cartridges up, may have made a mistake, but the way it was handled was VERY BAD! Instead of trying to fix the problem, he lost customer and good recommendation.
