The cafe has the best high-quality food in the interior of Alaska. By far the best schnitzel I have had in my entire life. Joan is very accommodating and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day. Closed Thursdays FYI. I was floored by the quality of both service and food. Her sides are cooked to perfection. Expect to have your socks blown off when you head out there. AND THE PRICES! Man you can't get a schnitzel for lower that $20 in Fairbanks. Her's is only 15.95 and you get ALOT of food. Her other menu items include honey mustard chicken, gourmet stuffed jalapenos, sandwiches, and burgers. 5 stars for this place! Worth the drive!
