Was extremely pleased that I was able to walk in and get a complete winterization done on my truck. Not impressed with the employed mechanics, they looked and seemed to not give a dam. By no means do I feel I demand thanks for my military service, but offering a 10% discount doesn’t mean much to me. This is the only place I visited in 20 yrs of service were I didn’t feel respected as customer just because I’m not from the state in which I was assigned for a year. The Female service manager/ticket writer was the most helpful and understood my situation. I think my questions were misunderstood as arrogance or argumentative. I was simply trying to understand stand cost compared to other places I’ve been stationed to learn and not get taken advantage of as I will need future service done the road.
