        Instead of going to pick up the part we needed and sitting here or offering us to pick it up being as this is the third time we've had to come in in two months, we have to sit here for over three hours for a 5-10 minute fix. It's the second time for the same problem. A gas cap. They tried replacing it with a generic aftermarket which didn't work, then waited two weeks for this appointment. Kinda sad for a $20,000 vehicle.
