Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

My friend ordered the grilled chicken avocado sandwich which came out with the chicken uncooked. Every time we needed something, drink refills, condiments, etc., we had to wait and flagged down our waiter. We even had to ask to have our finish plates removed after they sat in our way for some time, again having to flag him down. Had two glasses of the brew called Moonlight Porter, tasted good, but later made me run to the bathroom for hours. The blonde IPA, which we really wanted, they ran out of just before we ordered, go figure... We eat out often, like trying new places and always make an effort to let management know when food and/or service is good. This place was bad on both. We won't be going back and we were very disappointed with the experience.

We went to Rock Bottom on May 23rd and it was permanetly closed. Oh no!! We were so disappointed. This was a great place to go grab beers and some good food. Sorry to see it gone.

Had an amazing date night without the baby. I ordered the mango habanero chicken which was amazing and my wife got her normal rock bottom classic med well. Unfortunately the burger can out more like med rare. Kayla our waitress and Jessica the manager were amazing about the inconvenience. They fixed the issue and went above and beyond what was needed. We’re not complainers and hate that we had to. This experience will not deter us in anyway, if anything will go more often. Thank you for an amazing staff.
