My husband and I work with Rob when our X5 has a maintenance issue and we are beyond pleased with the customer service he has shown. He makes our life easier when it comes to handling our car issues. Rob is knowledgeable, kind and has an an amazing workmanship. He cares for the customers and it shows. Grateful to Rob and the BMW team for making our experience as comfortable as possible. I had an excellent experience with the arrowhead sale team. I worked with Ben an he was knowledgeable, walked through the sales process, transparent, there was no pressure, and everything was straight forwarded. I also met with Paul the sales manager who made sure the deal was done to my satisfaction. Ben and Paul are wonderful and I would have no issues recommend to friend/family purchasing a car through them or at arrowhead. I am plan to go back next time to work with Ben, Paul, and Nick. However, do make sure you have all your paperwork with you if you are trading in a vehicle of financing a portion. My experience with Jen in financing was problematic and strained because I didn’t have all my paperwork with me. I did not enjoy my experience working with her and would in the future. I was able to work with Nick in financing who was awesome and fixed several issues. Overall the sale team and in general the staff are very customer oriented. Ask for Ben, Paul, and nick and you won’t be disappointed.
