I had the incredible fortune of having a woman by the name of Maria helping me with my purchase of a new cell phone, due to the fact that mine had been stolen. Her sincere concern, kindness, and compassion for my situation was so appreciated and alleviated my anxiety to a great degree. Her sense of professionalism was stellar and so very much appreciated!
