Terrible experience. Please read this before renting from here. 1. They were 29 hours late for our pick up. Then driver of RV asked us how he was supposed to return home. Not our problem I don’t think. 2. Refrigerator doesn’t work. We even had our local appliance repairman look at it. He said it was trash. They knew 3 months before our trip that fridge didn’t work but still didn’t fix for us. 3. Tail and brake lights don’t work and they didn’t have us even registered with Roadside Assistance so they were no help. 4. They don’t answer phones and you can leave tons of voicemails but don’t expect a timely response or a personal call. 5. All bedding, towels, surfaces were dirty. I took off all sheets, pillows, and blankets and put on some from my home. The floor is filthy too but that I can see with moving things in and out. 6. Now the air isn’t working. And we are still 6 hours from our destination. We requested for them to bring us a new RV TO OUR CAMPSITE WHEN WE ARRIVE. They haven’t responded if they can do that. I will keep you posted.
