Walked in to get prices for my sisters wedding in October and immediately we were greeted very rudely. One of the ladies working said she didn't have time to go over any pricing because it was prom season. Then another employee came over and she handed us a list of pricing while the same girl kept making smerks at us. We decided to walk out and I made sure to let them know how disappointed we were with their customer service and that we would take our business else were. Never again.

A friend wanted to surprise his girlfriend (my best friend) with flowers for her birthday, and chose me as the liaison. He called Flowerama, closes location to my house, and explained the situation to Alexis.
He mentioned that he is in California and wanted to surprise his girlfriend, and that I would be the one picking the flowers up and Alexis told him that they would be open until 2pm.
On my way to the flower shop something told me to give them a call, and so I did. When I called I explained who I was and she knew, from the conversation with my friend, that I was the one picking up a bouquet of daisies and such. When I explained that I would be there a little before 2pm she said that she would be closing at 1pm!! Her reason being because "there is not enough business". I explained that it would be very disappointing if they closed at 1pm because that was not what was originally discussed, and they were our only option for a florist's bouquet of flowers on a holiday weekend. I pleaded with her to stay open and even told her that I would buy 2 bouquets need be. She explained that that is just not possible and I said okay and hung up to tell my friend about our dilemma.
When I spoke to him he was immediately irritated especially since he was told that Flowerama would be open until 2pm that day, he called and begged for them to stay open longer but Alexis was set on leaving.
I called back and asked Alexis if she could at least stay until 1:30pm and with hesitation as well as attitude she told me no and said that she would "try" and made no promises.
I raced to get there before 1:30pm and called at 1pm to let her know I would be there in about 10 minutes and asked if she could stay open to at least that time in which she said, "...as long as you arrive in 10 minutes."
I arrived there at exactly 1:10pm and was greeted with attitude and majority lights being shut off as soon as I stepped foot into the place. She had made ahead of my arrival, a bouquet of flowers. It was not at all what I had hoped coming from a floral shop. It looked like something from Fry's... I let her know that I was picturing and so I asked if she could change the violet filler flowers in which she said was "..what [he] wanted" and said that they do not have a wide variety of flowers available because they were waiting on an order. I asked what flowers did she have and at this point the attitude received from her kept getting worse and worse. I asked if I could have the roses from a premade bouquet, she said no. I asked if she had ANYTHING to which she said she had 4 roses, I asked if I could see how that would look in which she trimmed and SHOVED into the vase and pulled the filler flowers out (all of the smaller daisies smooshed to the bottom of the vase). I ask if I could see a premade $10 bouquet of flowers next to the mess that was there for any hope and she again trimmed and shoved into the vase....
I paid for it and left and hoped for the best.
When I went to meet my best friend for her birthday shanigans I didn't have the heart to give the now wilted, poorly arranged, not worth the $50 bouquet of flowers.
The next day I called to speak with the manager and ended up speaking with the owner, Brian who was more than happy to provide me with another floral arrangement by SOMEONE OTHER THAN ALEXIS after hearing my story.
I went in and Emily worked with me to make the most magnificent floral arrangement for my best friend. It was one of passion for horticulture and experience!! In which she had 20+ years if I recall correctly. She did an amazing job compared to the last and I will forever be grateful.
Thank you Emily you did an amazing job and I hope you are able to teach those under you to stay humble and work from the heart as you do!

Terrible. When I went in, I picked a arrangement of flowers. The ones I picked were beautiful. They said they would take picture of them and make it as close as possible. I also noticed that because it was for mothers day they had crossed out the original price of 59.99 and made it 89.99. Then I asked to have them to deliver them and due to there work load, they said they couldn't do it. So I arranged pick up for Friday 5/12 and when I arrived to pick them up they went and got the same ones I originally looked at. Nothing had changed. They did not prepare me a new arrangement. They person who got them removed the same sales sticker off the arrangement and tried to be slick about it. Plus there was many flowers in the arrangement that looked wilted. I was told that's what happens when they get cold. Overall it was a terrible experience and don't recommend the use of this company.
