I called for a quote an hour before closing time she stated she would call me back once the quote was ready so I waited until I looked up the closing time and realized she was not going to call me back. The least she could have done was notify the quote would not be ready by the end of today business day. Worst service ever completely waste of my time

Today was a very good day for me .i walk into Farmers Insurance just looking for a Quote for my car. As i was i asking they were upfront and telling me that it will only take a few minutes of my time.
