        Called in the AM to verify when I canceled my policy that I would receive a refund. After signing up for new co weave I called back and was told there would be no refund. Terrible customer service and terrible value. Do not use this company.

        I like working with my AllState agency. They go out of their way to help solve problems with my policies, should one develop. They talk to me in a way that lets me know they care.

        The people are friendly and helpful but I was quoted 2 different prices. I added a vehicle and was told one price. After the "pro-rate" I was charged a bit more monthly. Not dramatic enough to leave the company, but a little surprised when the "regular" bill came in.
