I.C.U. Home Inspections

I was having a problem with insurance thought I needed inspection on my mobile home I called Roger for an inspection. He came to my home and talked to me about my problem instead of just doing the inspection and charging me Come to find out I did not need the inspection. I asked him what I owed him for coming out. He shook my hand and said have a great day. No charge !!!! I took time from his day and he helped me and it was no charge. I was so thankful. No company does that today Very professional I cant say enough good things about him. Thank you Linda

Very happy with my moblie home inspection. Roger was very thorough, seems very knowlegible, was on time and aceesible. I don't think I could have asked for better.

Mr. Zimmerman was very thorough. He did not miss a thing. He was there when he said he would be. Since I'm doing this long distance he got back in touch with me as soon as he was done, with ALOT of pictures. I appreciated that. I'd hire him again. Beverly C.

I.C.U.s Home inspectors eye for detail accompanied with scope knowledge of important areas are impeccable. I.C.U. Home Inspection's coverage of home property is a safeguard and a must. Now to the reader-Listen up people, I strongly recommend anyone selling or purchasing a home or maybe just assessing their property, look up I.C.U. Home Inspection ahead of time. This has to be part of one's due diligence. I contacted Roger- not only did he know his business, but he was honest and extremely knowledgeable in important areas in home property. I have looked prior to I.C.U. and found most to be company campaign braggart's and/or incredible talkers. Some outfits claim they check for "this and that" and lose interest on what you want inspected most- the property! Thinking of trying to save a few dollars or go cheaper? - ventured there too and warn anyone to REMEMBER you get what you pay for and could pay a terrible price on hard earned funds. You don't want that! Never rush a Home Inspection. Don't make a wrong choice reading this post wondering if it's true - because it is!
