There a clean hotel they keep it up and have pool side rooms but they require a $100 cash deposit besides debit for room however they always give it back at check out

Worst experience ever in my life! Came all the way here from Illinois didn't say anything on the website about a deposit but they have zero amenities but want to still charge you full price and if you don't stay they will steal your money anyway because of a policy that they made up! I will never nor will I ever recommend anybody staying a Ramada inn ever anywhere in the world!!

I will preface that I am a traveler who simply looks for a clean room, safe surroundings and decent customer service. Upon our arrival, the attendant seemed greatly disinterested. She collected a deposit that we were unaware of and provided us with a room style that we didn’t originally pay for. The room was very unclean; unknown substances on the mini-fridge, nightstand (including phone), mirror and shower area. The area around the hotel was, what I would define, as unsafe. The pool and courtyard areas had trash, including used medication bottles, rubber gloves, and glass bottles, floating on the surface and on the ground. I will note, there was a female security guard on the premises who made my partner and I feel safe, especially when seeing the other hotel attendees. Throughout our stay, we received no housekeeping services/ refills - even when we asked. On our final night stay, a staff member got belligerent with us when we asked for the fresh wash clothes we had previously requested. This hotel had two positive things - a front desk staff member named Ashlee and the young female security guard. If you have a family or are looking for an enjoyable stay, take my advice and go somewhere else as this was one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced.
