        Misleading prices. Agent sold me a policy and confirmed that I wouldn't have to enroll in their "Right Track" program for the quoted premium. Enrolling would possibly lower the premium. Weeks later I received a call that increased the premium if I didn't enroll. The agent lied to me over the phone so I would purchase the policy.
