My name is Chon Tarango and I am the office manager of LHBA. I was made aware of this review a few days ago and want to reply. First I would like to point out that James Morales has never worked for or with LHBA. No one here has any idea who James is. So I dont see how James would have any idea what he is talking about. Employees filling out 1099s? Our employees fill out W4s and our subcontractors fill out W9s. Not sure where lying to the IRS comes from. Volunteers? No volunteers at LHBA, we are all here to serve our clients and make money. Big bosses? Everyone is in the office every day so Im not really sure what James is talking about. Hire and fire people every two weeks? This is simple, if you can't manage to show up to work every day on time or you can't keep up with the production requirements then we can't use you. Is this a new concept? As to the rest of James' review I'm not sure how to even respond. He simply has no idea what he is talking about. We are an insurance brokerage and sell many lines of insurance to people of all ages.

This company claims to be a non profit but they are HUGE liars.They make they're employees fill out a 1099 form so they don't have to pay taxes on them and they tell their employees that when the big guys come in(their bosses) to say they are "volunteers," not workers, so that the company doesn't get in trouble for lying to the IRS.Big scammers.They hire and fire people every 2 weeks, so if you end up working there, your time is limited.They sell insurance and try to get senior citizens to change their plans and even lie in the process so they can make some money.The owners name is Kenneth Parent and from what I've gathered, they are a family owned company and they are all involved in the scam.This place needs to get reported.If they call your grandma or someone in your family and try to offer them insurance or help with their medicare,STAY AWAY.They are filthy liars.
