DO NOT use this company and most importantly deal with Lee Drury, the representative. He never calls you back and the company will not stand by the Norman shade lifetime warranty. We bought this shade for a large slider and have had nothing but trouble. We strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with them.

Very unprofessional. Driver backed in to a restricted space dragging barricades under his vehicle and had nothing but excuses. If this is how he conducts business outside of the home I would never recommend this company for anything inside my hhome

We had a great experience with this company and Lee. He came to our new home, gave us a quote and within 45-60 days, our window coverings were installed & are amazing. The price was perfect for the number of windows we have, the install was clean, and the customer service received was a 10!!! Thank you so much!

Horrible and very unprofessional company. Their products are very cheap and the warranties offered are scams. The owner also doesnt know how to drive after working with them I saw the owner literally hit a car in Glendale and drove off in the company truck just a week after our install with them. Save your money and piece of mind by going with someone else. We recently redid our home with Elite Shutters and Blinds in Scottsdale and they did a fantastic job!

4/14/2020: He came to our house for a consultation. He did not apologize for, nor even acknowledge, being almost half an hour late. Even though we were in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, he did not offer to remove his shoes, nor did he wear gloves or a mask. He measured for shutters & gave me a price. He said he would email me his quote, license # & references. I never heard anything from him. 4/22: I called him. He said he forgot & would get the documents out to me immediately. 5/14: We still have heard nothing from him. Strange behavior for a person in the business of selling shutters.
