Had an emergency - worked with the staff over the phone. Met my need in a timely and manner as well as helping me stay within my budget. Sorry to see someone had a bad experience here - I did not experience that at all.

I work for a nursing home and several of our residents have received arrangements from Floral Fantasy and they are always absolutely stunning! The quality and beauty is outstanding!

Very Rude Staff !!! I have Never been treated as Rudely as I was at Floral Fantasy in Moon Valley. I would recommend going elsewhere for your floral needs as the staff there is Very Unfriendly and Rude. Very Over priced as well, which I would of over looked if the staff hadn't been so unhelpful and rude. Very bad business!

We were looking for a straight florist, one that you could walk in and buy flowers and found these guys. Service was great and flowers also very good. I would certainly use them again although would maybe not call for delivery based on the other review. Walk up service could not have been better.
