We had a water softener put into our home a month ago. When I paid the bill, I did not get a copy of what I had paid for and asked about it. I was told by the installer that the company would email me a copy. I didn't have the name of the softener or what the warranty included, so I needed a copy. I have called the company and talked to an office staff person 4 times, only to be told the office manager would call me back. It never happened.I have used this company for years, but will never, never use them again. Think about it twice before you call them!!Kathy NefzerGold Canyon, AZ

Despite issues my husband had, they didn't stop until the job was completed. I would hire them again, and recommend them.
