I called to set up an appointment to have my septic tank cleaned/pumped and was informed that I would get a call back to set it up. I never received a call back, I called Ideal a few days later and was able to set up an appointment for a Thursday time 10-12. Ideal was a no call/no show, I called to clarify the appointment and was informed they could not make it due to personal reasons. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday of the following week. Again Ideal was a no call/no show. This was very unprofessional and I will not do business with Ideal pumping and trenching again. I would not recommend, very disappointing!!

My go to septic guy!! HONEST and also affordable. I've worked with him on a few repairs and pumps and I am loyal! Thank you!!!

I was charged double what was promised. I had to have the septic certificate to sell the house.they don't show up when promised and when they do they cheat you. I wouldn't use them again. STAY AWAY!

I thought our septic was full, and Keith answered my late call and got out first thing in the morning. Luckily I just had a clog and needed my filter cleaned. He was honest, professional, and didn't try to upsell or offer things we didn't need!

Called Ideal when another local company missed two scheduled appointments and failed to order necessary parts. Quick and timely response, quality and professional service. I would highly recommend this company.
