I would recommend you choose a better location their staff are unprofessional they charge you for things that they should be paying for like the air filter in your apartment I got a bill for over $1000 when I moved out they charge me entirely for a carpet that they did not clean for over two years their service is the worst you’re better off at a location with updated appliances.

Moved out of the complex last year. For the Scottsdale area, the price and the size of your space is fantastic. It is an older complex so don't expect the dazzle of the highest end amenities, but with that being said I would still recommend! The only issue I had with them was they install the cheapest carpet possible that there is no way not to get dirty, and once it is dirty it is impossible to clean. We were charged to re-carpet the whole apartment ($850) for what should have just been a charge for professional cleaning OR take the money to install laminate and not keep the cycle going. They did this to our friends who lived there as well.

I have been at Crown Court for about a year and the experience has been just great! This community has the biggest apartments that you can find in the locality. All the amenities are standard and Roxanne & team takes care of any issues, concerns with ease and manage the entire Apartment complex to keep it at it's best.
