        This rating is for their receptionists.. I can understand if they made a mistake making my appointment. But do nothing about it.. That's disappointing.. I called to make a new appointment, but didn't let me have one.. one of the worst experience I've had..

        I had a facial with Emily Hamel yesterday and it was seriously such a professional and enjoyable experience. She really took the time to ask questions about what my concerns were and thoroughly went over treatment and what we could do to take care of my problem areas. Left super happy and I will definitely be returning to see her!
