image Worst experience in an “hotel”. Extremely noisy. This is not an hotel, this is a motel6 trying to emulate an Ace hotel, a cheap inn with a nice relooking. Beware, WALLS and WINDOWS are so thin that we could hear our neighbors peeing, talking, partying in the middle of the night with no respect for other guests // why walking with heels in a room @1 am? a catwalk show?//
We called several times the front desk and security, it took them more than an hour to make it barely stop. I had to get outside to make it stop…
Some of the people partying in the room above were not even guests from the hotel. Open to all / all night.
Got woken up multiple times all night. (No i don’t have any sleep troubles). I slept 3 hours maximum due to noisy drunk people walking to their rooms. Falling in the stairs, dropping heavy things on the ground, you can even hear the street traffic. Terrible place.
When you need to sleep and pay around $300 a room for your family in a “boutique” hotel to start your vacation, thinking this is an upscale and peaceful location, this is NOT the right place for a good quality time and a relaxing stay. No sleep. Unacceptable experience. Useless staff. Cheap soundproofing. Not safe. Extremely noisy.
Don’t get fooled by appearance. Go away!*
Upgrade your walls, put double-pane windows, check your property, make it safer for your clients.
*Or go there if you like camping in a bar.

image Great atmosphere and good hotel overall. The front desk isn't the most helpful but the bartenders and servers are very helpful.

image This place was more like a tribute to cutting corners and slapping together mediocre updates to maximize profit. I am honestly flabbergasted at how this hotel has a "trendy" reputation or has anything other than mediocre reviews.
The rooms were cheaply updated with thin, single-pane windows. There was no dresser to store clothes and no full, locking door to any part of the bathroom. Literally a thin, non-locking pocket door was the only thing that separated the toilet/shower from anything else. Bathroom fixtures were crooked as well (like where the shower head elbow entered the wall). The air handler on the wall was so loud it sounded like a jet taking off and I eventually turned it off because of the extremely loud, rattling disruption. This is saying a lot because I usually like some background noise (white noise, music, etc.). Besides the windows being very thin and hearing EVERYTHING outside throughout the entire night, the shade had a couple-inch gap with harsh parking lot light glaring in the entire night. The sound and light disruptions compounded with the uncomfortable bed that slanted inward in the center, I think I slept 2 hours at best. I actually contemplated leaving in the middle of the night I was so uncomfortable but realistically had no where to go on such short notice.
I headed down to the pool around 745pm on a Saturday night and the pool was dark and empty, which was very surprising. I was incredibly disappointed to find no hot tub - which I admittedly didn't check for online but thought that was a given after paying over $300 for a room at a trendy boutique hotel. Very disappointing.
I managed to pull myself together in the morning after almost no sleep. Then, I went to return the keys to the same staff member who checked me in the day before. He asked for my room number which I confirmed - and that was it. He did not ask how my stay was, which is unusual for the hospitality industry - but I imagine he already knew the answer. TL:DR. Save your money and stay at Motel 6, Holiday Inn, or something else of the sort - at least your room will have a locking bathroom door.
