Katrina has been a client of mine for a few years now. I met her while designing her mothers townhouse in North Scottsdale. Katrina then followed suit and became my client as well. I have always been impressed with not only how friendly and courteous Katrina is but how dedicated Katrina is to her clients and her work ethics. She is an extremely hard worker and follows up with everything. If I wasn't married to a Real Estate Broker - Katrina would be the one I would call to work for me.

Katrina has helped us buy two homes and sell one. She is everything you can ask for in a realtor. She is thorough and just the right bit of aggressive. She helped us find our new home in just a few days, and helped us sell our old home in roughly 2 weeks; considerably under the market average at this time. Buying and selling a home is extremely exciting, but also very demanding. Katrina's hard work, throughout closing, takes a tremendous amount of stress out of this process. I would recommend Katrina 10x over again.

Throughout the house hunting, a real estate agent is supposed to be honing the search process to fish out that property that perfectly meets your needs. And let me tell you: Katrina is EFFICIENT! As first time home buyers, my wife and I really appreciated her educative, caring, client-focused approach. Katrina communicated every detail to us. We never had to wonder what to do next. Katrina loves what she does and it really shows. And its nice that she has contacts for damn near everything so during (and even after) you find that perfect home, whatever you need done is a call away. Pop champagne!!!

I was fortunate to find Katrina as my realtor after moving to AZ, she helped me with the purchasing and selling my condo in a short time. We listed the condo and sold it within four dates on the market. She was a great partner who listened, provide professional advice, and extremely communicative from beginning to the end of the whole process even after I have already moved out of AZ. I highly recommend and would trust Katrina for her professionalism and work mentality. I would give her 10 stars for her amazing service!!!
