Our family was put into an almost impossible situation where we had to quickly find a bigger home. Brad was amazing during this whole life changing situation. Tip toeing around the process of buying and selling a house at the same time is beyond stressful. With all the problems you can encounter in this type of situation it was great to have such a knowledgeable realtor that would be there on a moments notice to answer all your questions! We are now finally settled into a new home that we absolutely love and this couldnt have been possible without Brad Kimmelman.

We we're referred to Brad when we decided to move to Scottsdale from out of state. Brad was very knowledgeable of the area (since we were not) and helped us narrow down our search area. We really enjoyed getting to know Brad and his assistant Bree. They we're super responsive to our every request and dedicated an entire weekend to driving us around the area. When we found our dream house in a very competitive market, Brad wasted no time ensuring we secured our home. We would definitely recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking for a home!

Terrible follow up. We reached out by phone, email, Zillow message, and direct contact link from Brad's website... and all resulted in no follow up. He no-showed to the virtual showing we schedule but still found time to make sure my email address was added to his marketing subscription system. If I was selling a home in the area, I'd find a different agent--one who calls back all potential buyers.
