Kinda nasty. Mostly older run down park models with a shack type addition. Just very unkept looking compared to other 55+ communities.

I deal with a lot of people in my job and have never been treated so poorly. The words mean and disrespectful come to mind. And don’t be fooled...this is NOT an RV park.

It feels criminal, tearing out all the units and throwing out the residents, stealing people's stuff, and making as much noise as they can with saws and such, to actively disturb everybody's peace. They should be giving the residence a serious rent discount for putting up with their juvenile nonsense. Don't rent here. Management is going to try and keep you awake until next winter with the trucks and the Diesels, and the trailers blocking all the roads, while management destroys perfectly good units so no one can live in them.... never mind the strangers running around the properties taking whatever they want. The park is removing all of the units they can....The hammering and nailing and saw noises are unending.. high rates for RVs, I hear. I wouldn't recommend it. The guy in the van waited 15 minutes on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
