APS installed a Charger Water Softener System at my home. After the installation, I learned that the Water Softener System was not the system that I specified, they stated they only install and don't service their systems, they didn't adjust the water hardness for peak performance, they didn't warranty the work, they didn't provide a maintenance and operation manual to understand the system and I made a big mistake using them.

Thank God for Alan and his guys. We had an emergency and he came faster than an ambulance. Walked me through where to shut off water until he could get here. Then came and fixed it until the part comes in. Thank Goodness. It is great knowing you can trust his honesty and integrity in helping fix the problem. The Best in Arizona, Hands down!!!!! This is hands down the most honest, reliable and affordable plumbing company you will find out there. They go the extra mile even when its 122 outside ! I only use them, I just wish I had known about Advanced Plumbing Services years ago ! I had APS plumb 5 of my homes I remodeled and theyre all perfect ! 10 out of 5 stars !
