        I called to make an appointment for home and auto insurance and was greeted by the very polite and friendly voice of Callie the young lady who answered the phone , an appointment was made for the following day , upon arrival my wife and I were introduced to insurance agent Alicia Krabbe who set up coverage for our cars and home , what a pleasure it was for us both to meet someone who not only knows her job but explained everything to us in a very friendly way . Thankyou Mark Olguin for employing such quality staff and for taking the time to meet with us personally.
