Friendly staff. Great price. The only negative thing. When I received the car it was not clean . Bird poop on the windows . Dog hair in the back. . Dirty windows in general. But the service was great

Pathetic experience. Poor customer service and dirty smelly cars . I booked well in advance but the car was dirty and very smelly. I requested the associate at counter to come out and check , but he said he cant come out and do anything about it . You take it or leave it . I had no choice but to take as I didnt had any options at the last minute. Ill never take a car form then again and you be cautious about booing from them . Not even worthy of single star.

Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to pick up a car. When returning, no one at the counter again. Waited 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Finally just wrote a note and left the keys. Got overcharged by $48 and they refused to correct it. Will never use Avis again.
