I have been using ASBA to get my taxes done for over 8 years now, and can say that I am very pleased with the service they provide. This is a family owned and operated local business very friendly and very professional. I make sure to provide all necessary information in a timely manner to make the process go smoothly and if I miss something they let me know asap and make getting the information to them as accommodating as possible. Was with previous owner and never had a problem loved her work ethic. Now with this owner it has taken more then two months to do my taxes, and never included credit rebate, even when I called many times and reminded them. I also went in the office and told them.now she is telling me that she has to do my taxes over. Guess it is time to get a new accountant for 2021.
