lived there for several years , and moved out finally , Super expensive now for a tiny shoe box of an apartment . also found the office staff to be less than friendly. also had noisy neighbors the office people walked by one day , and it just happened to be quiet at the time . they told me the noise is just an imagination in my head . Also had Smokers living on both sides of me could not open my windows in the nice weather cigarette smoke would immediately fill my apartment yuk also cigarette butts thrown everywhere in the bushes , decorate gravel , etc ...

Ive been renting over 20 years & Riverstone is the most ghetto & unprofessionally ran apartments I have ever lived in. The ceiling caved in from rain in my bedroom a year ago - its still to this day caved in with open structure to the building exposed - bugs and who knows what can get into my apartment yet they wont do anything to fix it after asking them for a year. Being they would not & did not fix my serious maintenance issue Im moving out this month. WARNING: to those possibly interested - move elsewhere, into a better place for your $ these apartments overcharge rent & bogus utilities ran on a shared meter, and they wont address any maintenance concerns at all.
