I was so blessed to get the perfect vehicle for my needs at Jim Click Jeep. When I first drove up, Josh walked over and asked if I needed help right away, and not only did he show me what he had available, but when I explained what I was looking for, he took me inside and looked up more inventory online. It was late, and so he offered to drive over a couple cars to test drive the next day. Throughout this experience, I felt absolutely no pressure. I had not planned on buying necessarily, but when he showed me the Jeep Renegade they had just got in, I felt immediately that this might be the perfect Jeep for me. He even came in on his day off when I wanted to look at it again. I really appreciates Joshs service throughout, and also the personable way that he related with my husband and I. I highly recommend Josh if looking for a vehicle at Jim Click Jeep!! I love my Jeep Renegade!!!

Couldn't be more happy with my purchase and experience at Jim Click Jeep. They were incredibly fair about the price and even offered to top-off the tank for my long drive back home. My sales person, Rebecca, was knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with - she really stood out and went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the car that I noticed within the first week of ownership. Not missing a beat, the Jim Click team brought the vehicle back to their service department and fixed the issue promptly and with zero hassle. Rebecca has even followed up several times since then to make certain everything is to my liking. I've never experienced another dealership that has the personal touch, kindness and employee ownership of Jim Click. Great job!
