29 September 2021 Received another invoice again for work that was not done and not the right price as well. Called ROCKY and left message and yet to hear from him as well. Some lady from the company did call and leave a message saying they wanted to come that day to put in a gas line. How do you expect that to happen when people have jobs and Rocky knows what day they are suppose to do work.
22 September 2021The Installer is very Professional and Courteous the whole time he was there..... He receives 5 STAR Rating,
Now the 1 Star Rating is for the lack of responsiveness from the front office person and the owner, who I have spoke with and also left messages to return my calls. I have an invoice that is wrong and yet to be fixed for a month now, would love to pay you but refuse to pay for work that was not done, owner and front office said they would look into it and fix it as required. Instead I keep receiving emails with an invoice that is not itemized or adjusted as needed for the work that was completed. If you want this payed, which I am willing to do, I need you (Rocky) the owner to take care of what we talked about and send a proper invoice.
