Four weeks ago, I hired Rob, to prepare my taxes, but unfortunately, he has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. He has repeatedly given me excuses for not being able to finish my taxes on time and has even lied to me about the status of my taxes. Despite his promise to have my documents ready on several occasions, he has failed to do so. I would not recommend him to anyone as he is deceitful and only interested in taking your money without providing any valuable service. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB about his unethical behavior.

He is not professional at all. He never returned phone calls and when you texted him it took days for a reply. When you ask for a status of your return you get a rude reply - "I see 5 people a day". Now I'm thinking then why did you take on more clients than you can handle - or at least hire a temporary helper. We waited for more than 4 weeks and still no progress. We ended up going to H&R Block and got our taxes done in 2 hrs with the option of getting a small loan to hold us over until our taxes came in. Don't use this guy he's a waist of time and he's very unprofessional and rude.

It's that magical time of year, when everyone is scurrying around trying to find a reputable and honest tax preparer... or trying to talk themselves into doing it online. Do yourself a favor and visit Rob! He's thorough, easy to work with and never misses anything! We have had easy returns and extremely complicated ones... all have been cared for with extreme care and attention to detail. We can get any of our back fillings quickly and easily, which is so helpful!Rob is reliable and I would recommend him without hesitation!When you make your appointment, tell him Liz Calhoon sent you!
