On or about 3-20-22 a Lightning strike knocked out our cable and heating system. I called Paschal heating and air to come look at the heating problem. After a $90 service bill we were told what the problem was and that we would be receiving a quote on the repairs soon. I called Marrow heating and air the technician asked me to take a picture of the furnace find the serial number and model number. Picture taken and sent within the hour I received a phone call they had the part and the price to repair. Technician showed up on time repaired the the broken part also informed me that some other maintenance need to be done. 24 hours after losing heat we had it repaired Paschal Called the following afternoon with there quote which was twice the repair bill of Marrows and they would have to order the parts. Marrow Heating and Air exceeded my expectations I have canceled my maintenance plan with paschal and will renew with Marrow. Services: Repair HVAC, HVAC system repair

Our furnace went out this winter and Morrow was able to come out next day to identify the issue. They were very patient with all my questions and were able to get the parts and everything repaired in the following week. We decided to sign up with a service plan since we were so impressed.

The team at Morrow were very helpful. We made an emergency call on a Saturday to get heat restored to an elderly parent's home to ensure their safety. The team at Morrow got us squeezed in and heat up and running same day. Very open to communication and very professional.
