Do not order from here!! My husband had anniversary flowers sent to me at work and was mortified when I showed him what they looked like. Below is a picture of what he paid for and ordered along with a picture of the balloon he paid to add on, that they hand wrote Happy Anniversary with a sharpie. They charged him $80.00 for this junk. I couldve made myself a much prettier bouquet with $20 in flowers at Sams Club. I honestly cant believe this place is still in business! They are only surviving by husbands like mine who dont take the time to read reviews because Ive never seen a business with worse reviews, day in and day out.

I ordered an upgraded $135 exquisite floral arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law. The photos show what I ordered vs what I got - very disappointed and definitely not worth the money. Placed the order online on a Monday evening and the flowers were not delivered until late on Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and order from a different florist!

Worst possible florist experience I have ever had in 40 years of buying flowers. Sos bad I dont know how to begin. Avoid at all costs.

There is no option for zero stars. I ordered online for same day delivery. I ordered in the morning. I waited most of the day and nothing was sent. When I called I was told they had decided not to deliver because no delivery charge was included. They had ALL of my contact info but did not contact me. I stated my receipt showed $6.50 was charged for delivery to which the lady then stated 'well, that wasn't enough.' I did not calculate it, the website did. I asked how much and she said $10. So they chose NOT to deliver over $3.50 when I paid about $65.00. She then stated if I really wanted it, they could call it good and 'try to make a bouquet' and send the next day. You cannot make this up. TRY to make it??? I paid for a floral arrangement. This was said as if I was the problem. They would 'call it good". Really? The NEXT day it was delivered. I can't post the picture, but let's just say it was NOT pretty. Odd colors mixed with a weirdly colored purple (deep) rose. ONE rose with a mix of cheap flowers and a cheap bow. Do not USE this florist. I was offered my money back which would take ten days. Ridiculous. I didn't make them wait 10 days to be paid. I saw the reviews AFTER all of this happened. Lesson learned. Look at reviews FIRST.
