    Im going to leave an honest review here and hopefully you see this. This is not a good place for college students, its actually a really bad place. There are many many reasons to this but I will list a few: the rate you sign for is only a portion of what you will pay, they have the ability (and have exercised it) to change fees and charges as they wish. They do not care about you, they care about money, and making you happy means they get their money. Which means you could have mold growing everywhere, broken dishwasher, broken dryer like I did. If you like living in a construction zone then move in, because its been weeks and weeks and I dont have a floor in my apartment, we were missing walls all to correct a mold and water issue that they would not cooperate on for months. Do not believe the good reviews for this place, if you want a real measure of peoples opinions, come here and ask residents, the best you will get is a its alright and you may not even hear that. I wish I could express to each person considering living here that there are FAR better options with far better management. Edit: its been four more months and still no floor! My roommate still cant move back in.

    After coming back from spring break I found my room a mess. Maintenance had be in my apartment doing repairs in my closet and took everything in it and just throw it in my room. In the process they broke my Shor rack, damaged my TV. Don't live here. There's a shooting it seems like every day. You can watch drug deals in the parking lot. You can watch cars be broken into. If you choose to not resign they start adding random charges to your account and refuse to take them off. Watch they going to reply to this with some weak excuse as to why all this happens. The truth is they are not a good place to live. The better business bureau would love to talk to the manager along the the city code enforcement

    Having my daughter move here it was a fresh of breath air because the rental rates were pretty decently rated, however there seems to be something going on with the organization of the office because we were charged $1200 in lawyer fees due to our rent being late but we were also charged late fees In addition to the lawyer fees when we didn't even know when the lawyer fees were due. furthermore the more the rental Be an effective form of paying rent because they don't have a date stamp and they charge you late fees because they're office staff has not checked the Dropbox we have not been refunded those late fees although we received text messages stating that we would the communication is very poor it's not professional I had to get legal representation to help me figure out why I was being charged I also wonder I need to build off A Light fees on a diction please from the lawyer. I have been emailing but no one is emailing me back. I rent was placed in the Dropbox in the middle of the month but it wasn't until we went in the very next month on the third to pay the current rent that we found out that they said they never received our previous months rent we informed them that it's in the Dropbox after that they charged lakes fees because the previous month's rent was not acknowledged being anthropox how do we O late fees on a money order that's placed in the Dropbox how is that our negligence if it wasn't not Check on time and how do you do a date stamp to know when the tenant places at eo drop box

    I wish I could give them zero stars. I signed a lease here almost two years ago, and during the middle of my second year me and one of my roommates started having problems due to our other roommate. She violated the leasing contract multiple times and this was brought to the attention of the office by both my parents and myself. The office continually ignored or outright forgot our requests for resolution. They made excuses saying our emails got buried under other emails. I spoke to the building manager Sydney in person and she was extremely apathetic towards everything I was saying and offered lazy solutions. After my parents called them due to a lack of response to their email, they said they would show the email to that same manager and give them a call by the end of the day. We still havent heard from them. I have been moved out of my apartment for 6 months now and I continue to pay my rent and the utility fees of the roommate that caused me to move out. Their lack of motivation to find a solution and blatant ignorance are outright disgusting. If you or anyone you know is considering signing a lease here, I HIGHLY discourage you. They will not listen to any of your concerns and only care about putting money in their pockets. EDIT: We have been in communication with the office since the beginning of March regarding moving me into a new apartment. I sent them an email responding to their question three weeks ago and heard nothing. My father sent a follow up email two weeks ago and still, radio silence. He had to send another email today. It is truly unbelievable that companies such as this one are able to get away with not only charging tenants rent for a place they are unable to live in, but outright NEGLECTING and IGNORING our attempts of communication while claiming they are doing "everything in their power" to resolve the situation. Just take a look at their response to this review and all the other ones. The messages are nearly the same and show no genuine concern for their tenants. Alight, if you're reading this, save your breath and don't bother leaving any more ingenuine responses under this post.

Thank you for the feedback. After responding to your unit's work orders regarding the dishwasher, we are waiting for you to contact us when you are available to setup a time for maintenance to meet you and run the cycle together. As for your washer, we ordered a new washing machine and replaced it as soon as it arrived. Additionally, Pavlov media handles all inter issues and is able to send a tech out if they are not able to resolve the issue over the phone. We do not currently have records of a loose tub faucet, but we have entered this work order for you.
