Block 2 Lofts

This place is sketchy. So I put down a deposit and wasn’t approve which is fine. I found a better place anyways but what’s my issue is that I still haven’t got my refund that gave them over 3 weeks ago. Is it arriving by horse and carriage?. Then the woman I spoke to had the nerve to get a attitude with me over money they owe me. “I’ve done this 20 years” that’s irrelevant.

It's in a great location but it's very dated and the staff can be either fire breathing dragons or just eh people. They aren't really great about Communications either, especially when it comes to pest control. You do have the freedom to modify things in the apartment like paint color and other little upgrades so that's nice.

I have previously written a review for Block2 that was not favorable, but now that there is new management this place is so much nicer. they listen to your problems, great environment, and they are very professional. love living here now

Beautiful space downtown with great views. I moved here a year ago and love the space. Only downside is because of the wall to wall windows, the electric bill can be high in the summer... *but it's worth it*
