        Unbelievable nightmare. I have used Trivia marketing for the past 3 years with Jessica and Gina and they were both wonderful. This last experience however was a total nightmare, I dont know if the people in there are worked to death but the lack of attention for my order is making me move forward with a different marketing company. (Wish I didn't have to) One person in particular evidently did not approach the mindset of "Customers is always right." They do not use "Common Sense" as they "lose money by doing so." -VP of Trivia They have 3 of my apparels sitting somewhere inside their warehouse and claiming that they didn't receive it. Am thinking about filing a report about this one. I understand that once something is stitched you can't remove it nor change. If I did something blatantly wrong to an order. I wouldve gut it and replaced it free of charge. EVEN IF IT LOST ME MONEY. Their is a fine balance of "this is how business works" and it seems Trivia is more about reaching their "monthly targets" now. Attached are screenshots of my order and my exchanges with the Vice President of the Company. I'll let yall be the judge.....
