Two staff members named Sue and Diana are very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The customer service is awful. Diana had the nerve to say " common sense" as a part of her statement. This is very unprofessional and down grading to say to a paying customer. If you ladies do not enjoy your job, I suggest you find another one. It is obvious that customer service is not the area of work that you should be working in. If you are this rude to a customer, I shutter to think what and how you may treat an individual in capable of defending and responding. Such as the elderly or other handicap!!! I am disgusted
