Will and his apprentice did an excellent job! They were courteous and efficient -- true professionals. They helped me with my kitchen garbage disposal and a clogged drain in my bathroom sink. Will gave me tips on how to prolong the lifespan of my garbage disposal, the do's and don'ts, and I would highly recommend this company before anyone else!

Can't say enough how quick these guys are to respond! This is the second time in 2 years that I had a water leak under the slab due to poor original plumbing by the original house builder. On Both occasions I had to shut the water off to the house and needed someone desperately to locate our leak and repair it. These guys not only located it quickly, they fixed the leak the same day on both occasions. Niaha and his crew did an excellent job!

Fantastic experience! We just moved into our new house and the Black Hills Gas company was out to replace our gas meter when the tech, Jake, noticed our water heater was leaking & the pan was filled with water when he went to relight the pilots. Called our HOI & they sent out MOD within 30 min of my call. AJ & Alex called & arrived a few minutes later and determined we needed a new water heater now. They took out the old one, which was original to the house build from 2001, replaced everything plus got it up to code the same day!! We were blown away by the promptness, care and the education as a new homeowner on how to maintain it moving forward! Customer for life and will praise them & this company to everyone I know. Simply the best, THANK YOU to both companies for having such wonderful techs and plumbers!!
