I find that reading reviews really helps me a lot. It takes a little of the guess work out of the process. Recently I purchased a mattress from Ortho Mattress. I didn't read the reviews or I would have gone to Helen. Buying a Mattress is hard enough, rite? Well, this process has been a nightmare. I have to say Ortho has been very good. Its been a process. I bought an adjustable bed with a cooling firm Hybrid continental mattress. The cooling material is not worth the money. If there is any difference at all. The firm in this mattress is really over the top firm, and lets just say with an adjustable bed, you get the picture. It does not bend. When I called Paul the guy that sold it to me. He said it would break in. I bought a mattress not a pair of shoes. He also over charged me for the mattress bc it sells for about 1479.00 at the Ortho in North Hollywood and I paid 1760.00! Well after realizing that he over charged me on the mattress, and I should have been paying attention. but really, should someone steal or rip you off just because your not looking? Maybe he just make a mistake. Pay Attention! Seriously blown away!

Came here with my girlfriend to get a new mattress. Our sales person was Helen, and she did a great job with showing us the different mattresses. The shopping experience was great and we felt confident that we got a great mattress that we'll both enjoy.
