Donna Chiaramonte - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a customer of this State Farm office for almost 14+ years.  I have had the best customer service with this office and also with Donna & Louis.  They are always helpful and get right on the ball when I need something.  Donna had been my Agent when she worked for her Dad as well.  I have all my insurance with Donna Chiaramonte's Office and State Farm and will continue to do so.  Donna is so knowledgeable and always has mine/my families best interest at heart..  I would refer her and her office to anyone that wants an Awesome Agent..Lori LoBue

I am a State Farm Customer.  My neighbor is a State Farm Customer.  So when we had an accident, you would think it would be a simple, in-house claim.  WRONG!! And it was really because of this office.  They did not have my neighbors current contact information on file.  I called the Claims Team two days after the accident to check on the claim and they stated they wer on hold to approve my car being fixed because Donna Chiarmonte's office did not have a current phone number to get my neighbor's side of the story.  I knocked on my neighbor's door and ask that she call her agent.  She called the next day and what do you think happened?  A guy in Mx. Chiarmonte's office had my neighbor on the phone, did not verify contact info and told her the claim had already been approved!  My neighbor says this is what they told her and that I should be contacted by the Claims Department any day to get my car fixed.  Well by the 4th day of waiting, I called Claims myself.  Turns out, because Ms. Chiarmonte's office did not ask for contact info or a statement from my neighbor, the claim was still stalled!  I called Ms. Chairmonte's office myself and spoke with some older guy that sounded like he really needed to retire.  He told me that they had to send a letter to my neighbor to confirm my story of the accident.  When I brought to his attention that she called and why didnt he confirm info and the story then, he told me, "Well she only asked if the claim had been filed." WHAT???? So a person that hits somebody else, can just call to see if a claim was filed and that is the EXTENT of your job????  I had to knock on my neighbors door AGAIN and request that she call claims directly.....Only then did the repairs get started on my car!!I love State Farm but would not recommend this office!
