I had an accident at home as I slipped in the bathtub and knocked out the faucet as well as broke the copper pipe it was attached to. As that is our only bathroom, it meant we were in crisis mode. Subha responded to our needs quickly and within 48 hours (from 1st inspection), we got new piping installed and shower is back in business. We are most grateful for the prompt attention and excellent job that Subha performed to help us in times of need. Definitely will recommend Pipe Mystic Plumbing to all my friends/relatives if they have any plumbing needs.

Had a bad hot water line leak inside our condo kitchen wall this past week and we kind of know it's not ours because we have already turned off supply line to our water heater for more than a day. Been trying for a couple of days to get a plumber to come out, diagnose and repair, but they're either busy, not returning my calls or stringing me along, showing up late and then rush off. Finally, got Subha's number from my neighbor who just had their water heater replaced by Subha. Called him and he came out immediately, patiently turn off the hot water heaters of the other 3 units in our area, one-by-one, and finally was able to pinpoint the one whose line it is. He then proceeded to shut off the water main, opened up the wall, found the failure point and repaired it within a couple of hours. Very happy with his responsiveness and his expertise. He's now our go-to plumber going forward. As we're working on water damage remediation, we discovered a water supply valve that needs to be replaced, called him and he immediately offered to come out the next day - a Sunday! The owner of pipe mystic plumbing, Subha, did an amazing job with a very difficult to fix leak. After a different plumbing company came over to my house twice and still did not resolve the leak, my home warranty company matched me with Subha and I am so thankful they did. He came over to diagnose the leak within 30 min of my initial call and we talked through a strategy to get it resolved and scheduled a time for the next day. I then had to push our appointment out by another day because we had a water damage removal company over and they took longer than expected. Subha said that was no problem and immediately scheduled me for the morning after. He showed up within the hour window that he promised and got to work. He put on his mask as he was walking up to the house and wore it the whole time he worked, which I really appreciate. The repair required cutting away some of the wood and rod iron in my wall/foundation and he did it without issue and way faster than I thought it would go. During the whole process he was asking for my feedback to make sure I was happy with the final plan for the repair and when I asked him to make changes, he was happy to accommodate. After everything was back together, we tested the pipes together to make sure there were no leaks and everything looked great. For myself, I know I will be calling Subha for any plumbing repairs in the future. Service: Leak investigation and repair
