He is an inspiration in the way he lives his own life and a true example of what a healthy lifestyle can do for someone. He is always positive and uplifting even throughout this pandemic he has been so great with having our quarantine home workouts ready, always checking in if help is needed and my life is truly better because of him I feel healthier with more energy simply ALIVE again!
