The customer service was excellent. Nataly solved and answered all my problems and question on two different occasions. Top of it all was very nice and patient.

I choose 4 stars because in the end I was helped and felt satisfied. 5 stars for the guy who helped me out, I strongly recommend him, ask for Jesse! But if it werent for him I would think very poorly of this At&T store, the rating would be 3 or lower. Reason why is because not 1 but 2 employees brushed me off. The first one when I wasnt sure I wanted to buy, and the girl lost her patience when she wasnt selling to me. And then the second guy when I had finished buying my phone. He asked if everything was okay and mentioned other customers waiting. Please refer to Jesse or to the manager Kervin, those two individuals were the most helpful and most professional!
