Terrible Service. Family with Allstate for many years but the first time we had to contact this guy (and his staff) regarding an unfolding complicated situation and was met with rudeness and ignorance. Stay away from this terrible Agency and awful people! My family is moving all of our policies away from Allstate because of his total lack of professionalism and his staff's silly behavior!

I have been a loyal customer of the Allstate office in Glendale since 1996 Ive insured many vehicles and also my home throughout all of these years. On Memorial Day weekend of 2021 I was at fault when I rear ended an Audi on a residential street. I did manage to apply my brakes. At the time of impact I was possibly less than 15 mph. The driver of the Audi a make immediately exited his vehicle and was extremely upset and confrontational. I immediately apologized to him and was extremely calm. I didnt exit my vehicle because we were in the middle of the road. I repeatedly apologized and finalized convinced him to get back in his vehicle and pull over to the side of the road for us to exchange information. I calmly wrote down all of the required information. I repeatedly asked him if he or any of his passengers were injured or hurt to which he said.no. We both drove our vehicles away after the collision Well of course a few days later he lawyered up and everyone of his family members were seriously injured and unable to work for the past year and a half. Absolutely nothing about this accident reached the level of even a minor injury Upon my learning of alleged injuries I contacted the claims adjuster to describe in detail all of the above. Allstate has done nothing to investigate the validity of this claim. Instead they have simply paid out of the claim. The amount of money they have paid up to this date is nonsense. Ive never filed a claim nor had any at fault accidents since 1996. This Ive incident has doubled my premiums and also harmed my DMV record All due to the amount of money this claimed has been paid out so far. Allstate has not cared to investigate a nonsense claim. Where is the accident forgiveness that this company advertises and spends so much money in advertisements? That is a nationwide advertisement campaign but the kicker is that California is not covered for that program. Yet we watch all of their commercials. I was asked in an email to share my experience so here you go enjoy and perhaps others may choose ab insurance company that will investigate the validity of claims instead of just opening up their wallet at my expense. Thanks to all the ambulance chasing lawyers, quack Doctors and our own insurance companies. But so be it.
