I went in to get treatment on my back. I was sent to another company to get x-rays done and was double charged but that is a separate issue. I was told of 4 or 5 things that was recommended but only given the price of $11,000.00 yes Eleven thousand for only one aspect of the treatment. I asked for something in writing of the total amount and was told NO, We don't give out that information. The deposit I was asked for will not be refunded because I cannot or will not pay them $11,000.00 plus for the treatment. this is dishonest and unethical. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

From the time I called to schedule an appointment due to neck and back pain, the Vitality Integrative Wellness personal was professional and efficient. Despite the language barrier, the staff during my treatment were very kind and compassionate. Dr. Matt's diagnosis was accurate as was the treatment. He took the time to explain to me in detail what was going on, which made me feel like I was in the right place. I felt an improvement since I started the treatment and although it is a process that takes time I feel much better now. Also, Dr. Matt has a good sense of humor that helps a lot in difficult times.. I highly recommend them I know they can help you.

If you feel that the traditional health care system has failed you, if you're tired of medical gaslighting, if you're desperate to be heard, if you're hopeless and will do anything to feel better, please don't come here.  I'm not writing this review out of anger or  to punish anyone, but I'm writing from a place of total honesty and compassion for potential future patients. When I ask myself, "Would I let anyone I cared about come to this facility?", the answer is: ABSOLUTELY NOT!Being a woman with health issues is exceptionally difficult in traditional medicine, especially with an invisible illness like my EDS diagnosis. My symptoms of debilitating pain, fatigue, irritability, brain fog, memory loss,  and many other symptoms are continually dismissed and written off as anxiety or depression 100% of the time.  I've been seen by multiple specialists, none could help me or give me any answers. It was a life of death situation for me at one point. So, I was FORCED to do my own research and learn how to heal myself. I have a Master's of science degree in Biology and Psychology so I am no stranger to research, especially in the sciences. About 8 years ago, from my  OWN research and knowledge,  I healed myself of Dysautonomia, IBS, Chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic cystitis, anxiety, depression, Thyroid cysts and dysfunction, PMDD and much more. I had some lingering issues so  I saw my first functional practitioner who ran some tests, helped me with my diet, and narrowed some things down to help me further complete my healing journey.  With the help of functional medicine, I became 100 % healed of multiple "incurable" syndromes. Recently, upon turning 40 and having a baby a couple years ago, a lot of my symptoms have returned. My past and proven protocols were not working this time around so I decided that  I needed the aid of a doctor.  I searched for a new functional doctor or integrative doctor and found Vitality Integrative Wellness.  Having traveled for help in the past, I was excited that such a place existed locally in Hemet so I gave it a try. Just as I thought, nothing good exists in Hemet. To my surprise, I was treated terribly and disrespectfully by Dr. Bell. When I first got there, I talked about my symptoms and medical history to a woman ( I forgot who). It felt so good to have someone listen for once, so I had very high hopes. This lasted about a half hour before I met with Dr. Bell and Dr. Woo-Ming. After spending all that time talking about my symptoms, the helpful woman shared a 30 second summary of my concerns with the doctors. She ended the discussion by disclosing that I know a lot, I've done a lot of research, and that  I've been through healing these health conditions in the past. Then, immediately  before I even said one word,  Dr. Bell got defensive and very rudely said, "I'm not sure if we could help you...". To paraphrase, he went on a long rant to say that he knows more than me,  he's the expert, I don't have the knowledge to heal myself, and he knows much more than me and my "Google Degree". The first ten minutes of our meeting was him talking down to me while I  tried to defend myself, explaining that I never claimed to know more than him. I told him that I wouldn't be there if I felt I knew it all. I told him I was there for his expertise, testing, and guidance.  I was 100% open to receiving a treatment plan here and prepared to spend up to 15K. I don't understand why he treated me as he did. Later in the visit, he finally went over some treatment options. Even though it went so horribly, I was desperate for answers and they assured me that this first $500 test would be extremely detailed and help me find answers.  When I asked, they said it tests "EVERYTHING". I explained that I recently had a very comprehensive test done by my primary care doctor and that I wanted them to look at that one first so we could possibly start with a different test next. They refused to look at it and assured me that their  test was different and more comprehensive than the one I had my doctor order. Despite everything I did the test. When I returned for the results, I discovered that it was almost the exact same test that I told them I already had. It was even ordered  from LabCorp., the same place. The only difference is that their test had highlighted areas and listed their specific parameters. When I asked why we couldn't just compare my existing test to their parameters, Dr. Woo-Ming basically said something along the lines that it needed the parameters highlighted on his screen. So, I wasted my time, my money, and was treated horribly. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
