I needed to have my rear bumper repaired/replaced and searched the internet and reviews of several  collision repair facilities.  I came across Collision Center and read the consistently extremely positive reviews, so I gave Pablo a text with pictures of my bumper.  I received an immediate response and followed up with a call to him.  We talked through the insurance situation and set up a schedule.  He told me that he would order the bumper, paint and prepare it before asking me to bring the car to minimize my inconvenience.All in all, the entire process was a great, professional experience.  The work was first rate, down the the cleaning and polishing my car before returning it.  Pablo and Collision Center lived up to all the five star ratings I saw and I am now adding my five star rating to the list.

Excellent job my 2018 tacoma had a horrible original paint job with rust spots now it looks like a new car

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for honest management that truly cares about their customers. I had my Prius towed to them after a serious accident. The car was borderline totaled and the owner (Pablo) offered very useful advice in dealing with insurance and the rental car co, never pushing me to have any repair work done with him. In the end, my car was sold for salvage. Collision Center didn't receive any sort of commission or referral fee from the salvage company, yet they charged me ZERO for storing my wrecked car for over 2 weeks!
