I lost my car keys at the beach and didn't have a spare. Omar was recommended to me and absolutely saved the day! He came by right away, did an amazing job and was very personable. I cannot thank him enough and will recommend him to all my family!

I purchased a small safe from China via Amazon and it came without instructions. Golden Locks had me come into their store and helped me set up the passcode and fingerprint access without charging me. Such nice and friendly service without being a paying customer.

Not my 1st Rodeo with Omar at Golden Locks. We have had break-ins and theft from several businesses and lock repair. He is always responsive and fair on price so he is the 1st person I call. My latest call was urgent in many ways. Our business van keys were stolen from another vehicle and used to take our van. A week.later we recovered the van but not the stolen key. Since we need the van to deliver our ebikes ( and Amazon rented every van for holiday delivery), we couldn't wait the 2 weeks the dealer in Newport wanted. Besides re-keying on the same day, Omar was $2300 cheaper than Mercedes. Do I need to say more?
