It looked like it was going to be good. The therapist I had was not good at all. I wanted a scrub but she suggested some massage as well for an extra ten bucks. I thought why not? Both the massage and the scrub were worthless. A total waste of my time and my money. She talked so much I had to ask her to stop. I felt like it was all about her! Terrible. This was my first and only experience with Novus.

I made an appointment on ClassPass and the owners never showed up. Now I am so sad I lost my money. Please contact me to resolve this. Update: She returned my money back explaining she had to take a day off. Next time please update your classpass schedule so you don't confuse potential customers. I was not angry with you or leave a mean review. Thank you for returning my money back on ClassPass. Future customers need to call her to confirm because she does not update google or classpass schedule.

I had two different appointments with Julie. Both amazing services. Her massage was wonderful and I had a hydra facial which was phenomenal! She did a neck and arm massage along with the service. My face looks refreshed and feels amazing. Both, great experiences, and she definitely knows her stuff. I will be back. I had such a relaxing experience and will be recommending to all me friends.

Went for couples massage. Fantastic. We were able to make an appointment on fairly short notice and what a treat. Highly recommend.
